Jeremy Sheppard founded Interlock after the housing bubble collapse.  He built his business with a dedication and focus on communication and helping clients navigate the home-buying path step by step.  Since then, Jeremy has spent over fifteen years excelling in the competitive housing landscape of the Sacramento region and built a reputation as a well-respected and innovative broker.  

Jeremy’s lifelong background in baseball taught him to always anticipate and to never let up, and he has used this same mentality as the main ingredients to his successful business. His focus on being there for his clients has earned him not just one-time clients, but clients for life.  

Jeremy resides in Sacramento with his wife and two children.  When he’s not working, Jeremy coaches his son’s Little League baseball team and he trains his daughter in competitive softball.  Jeremy and his family are also avid trailer campers, exploring the beauty of California.  

Jeremy received his undergrad in Communications from the New Mexico Highlands University, where he played baseball on a scholarship. Jeremy is a member of the Faith Presbyterian Church.
